At E80 Group, we believe that investing in people’s growth is the key to driving innovation and success. That’s why we established the Corporate Academy: a continuous learning environment that provides technical training to support new hires during their onboarding, led by an in-house faculty of 60 certified trainers. We also offer upskilling and reskilling programs designed to support employees throughout their professional journeys. We delivered over 138,000 hours of training from 2017 to 2023. Our E80-learning platform also enables employees to access courses tailored to their individual needs.

Through the “Plan your Future” initiative, developed in collaboration with the Umana Employment Agency and Cis-Scuola per La Gestione D’Impresa, as well as other dedicated initiatives, we provide students and recent graduates with valuable training and hands-on work experience.
