Among the first storage methods developed by our Group, this system consists in storing pallets in blocks. Thanks to the LGV systems, pallets are handled automatically and stacked in blocks directly on the ground in stacks up to a maximum stable storage height, ensuring adaptability, safety and precision. 

Gravity Rack (or dynamic warehouse) is an advanced multi-level pallet transport solution that exploits gravity to transport pallets. The pallets are deposited on a dynamic line with braking rollers, equipped with electromagnetic or mechanical devices, to control and adjust the speed so that it is always constant.

Our multi-depth storage system is the perfect solution for both selectivity and speed. The shelves are structured in such a way as to be able to accommodate a motorized satellite that slides to the desired point, positioning itself under the pallet to be handled ensuring efficiency and speed.

Single deep or Double deep, Selective Storage secures that different codes are available and can be reached easily and quickly. The Selective Rack involves the use of technologically advanced safety devices which guarantee great reliability, thanks to the know-how and experience acquired over time by E80 Group.

This system - conceived after careful analysis of each customer's need - provides a cost-effective solution that maximizes capacity by utilizing LGVs able to carry two pallets at once. The shelves are fully performing once all of them are full and well balanced. This solution maximizes storage capacity as well as efficiency.

It is a compact storage solution allowing for the maximum optimization of the available space, both in height and width, by eliminating aisles between shelves. The system provides the benefit of storing at heights up to 11 meters, exceptional space saturation capacity combined with low selectivity.
